About the MSSC-CPT Exams

MSSC-CPT Testing Fees

  • Register & pay for the exam through MSSC ($65 “one time” candidate fee, directly to that service)
  • Once you have established an account/log-in and are an official “candidate,” THEN
  • Send and email to KOuillen@pensacolastate.edu with a CC to DMalsberger@pensacolastate.edu advising that you are a registered candidate for an exam (which one specifically) and then make an appointment to take your exam NO LESS THAN ONE WEEK from your email date. This enables us to order your exam from the vendor.
  • MSSC-CT
    • $50 per test (Safety, Quality Practice & Measurement, Manufacturing Process & Production, Maintenance Awareness)
    • $3.50 RegisterBlast scheduling fee (non-refundable)

MSSC-CPT stands for Certified Production Technician. It is a nationally recognized certification program covering the skills needed by manufacturing workers. The credential is awarded upon successful completion of assessments in safety, quality, manufacturing, and maintenance.
